Constitutional Connection: Article III, Section 1- Judicial Powers
"The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services a Compensation which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office."
Explanation of Connection: This article is about how the supreme court strikes down the law to ban all dog fighting videos posted online by people. The Supreme Court believes it is violating the first amendment; freedom of speech.
This article demonstrates Article III, Section 1- Judicial Powers of the United States. The Supreme Court has a lot of power and they decide what to do with it.When it comes to laws they try to make things better, but they do not want to go against the constitution.
I believe that dog fighting should not be allowed because many animals suffer from wounds they get. They need to have a new bill where videotapes of dog fighting is illegal. The supreme court need to wake up because dogs are dying and getting injured from this.
